New Defibrillator

A new defibrillator has recently been installed at the front of Windmill Hill Community Centre's building on Vivian Street, Windmill Hill, thanks to support from community campaigner Simon Brookes, and a generous donation.
A defibrillator is a device that gives a high energy electric shock to the heart of someone who is in cardiac arrest. This shock is an essential part in trying to save the life of someone who's in cardiac arrest.
The new defibrillator is for anvone to use - in an emergency, 999 call handlers will be able to give out the code to open it up to use.
