No.42 Goes Live - Flats4Students in Kingsdown

We are delighted to announce our 42nd defibrillator installation at the vibrant flats4students location in High Kingsdown. This strategic placement further cements our commitment to enhancing safety in areas with high residential density, particularly in communities with a large student population.

The choice of High Kingsdown for our latest installation was a no-brainer due to its bustling nature and the high concentration of residents. As part of our ongoing efforts to expand our lifesaving network, this new defibrillator joins our previous installations at St. Matthews Church and the Kingsdown Vaults Pub, effectively filling a critical gap in this community.

Thanks to the overwhelming support from local donors and the strategic use of government grants and funds from Defibs4Bristol, we have been able to make this installation a reality. The generous contributions of our community stakeholders continue to play a pivotal role in our mission.

Located in a key area known for its lively environment, the defibrillator is positioned to be easily accessible, ensuring that it can provide rapid assistance in emergencies. This proactive measure not only enhances the safety of the flats4students residents but also serves the wider community, offering peace of mind to all who live in, visit, or pass through High Kingsdown.

We are profoundly grateful to everyone who has contributed to this project, and we eagerly look forward to announcing our upcoming installations soon!
