We've been busy!
We're elated to share that our latest defibrillator installation, no.39, is now operational at St Matthew's Church in Cotham.
This new installation at St Matthew’s Church was sparked by a thoughtful suggestion from one of our dedicated supporters during a routine discussion about potential new sites. The donor expressed the importance of having a defibrillator accessible in areas central to community life, and what better place than a church?
We are immensely thankful to have connected with St Matthew’s and Architect, Simon Pugh-Jones. Simon played a pivotal role by seamlessly integrating a defibrillator cabinet onto the church’s historic facade. His creative solution not only preserves the architectural integrity of this beloved landmark but also ensures community safety.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved at St Matthew’s Church and each individual who contributed to making this life-saving project a reality.
Looking ahead, we are excited about more upcoming installations, with a good number planned for the near future. Keep an eye on our blog for more updates and stories as we continue to enhance safety and preparedness across Bristol.
Together, we are making a profound difference, one heartbeat at a time!
