We are thrilled to share that Defibs4Bristol has been featured in the latest editions of both Bristol Six + Eight and BS9 magazines.
The articles highlight Simon's relentless efforts to install publicly accessible automated external defibrillators (AEDs) across Bristol. With 42 AEDs installed to date, Simon is dedicated to ensuring that no one in Bristol is more than 3-5 minutes away from a potentially life-saving defibrillator.
Recent installations include:
The Gloucester Old Spot
The Memorial Ground
St Matthew's Church in Cotham
Julian Road near The Downs
Both articles provide valuable information on the locations of AEDs, complete with What3Words addresses for precise identification, and offer guidelines on what to do in case of a cardiac arrest.
We are deeply grateful to both Bristol Six + Eight and Bristol Nine magazines for spotlighting Defibs4Bristol's initiative. The support from these publications is invaluable in driving our mission forward.
You can find the full articles in the July editions, available online at Bristol Community Magazines Back Issues. The features are located on page 38 and 39 of Bristol Six + Eight magazine and on pages 54 and 55 of BS9 magazine.
